Our services
We provide online CV reviews, CV rewriting, cover-letter support and digital career resources for dental nurses. Service descriptions and prices shown on the website form part of these terms.
Orders and payment
Digital-product payment is taken securely through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. For CV services, the scope, information required and payment arrangements will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Digital workbook
The Dental Nurse Interview Workbook is supplied as a PDF download; no physical product will be posted. Before continuing to payment, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once downloading begins.
CV services
The normal turnaround is 48 hours after payment and receipt of all required information. One reasonable round of amendments is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Additional or substantially changed work may require a separate fee, agreed before it begins.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and checking final documents before using them. Do not provide patient-identifiable, medical or other information that is unnecessary for the service.
Permitted use
Digital resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. They must not be copied, resold, published, shared publicly or distributed to others.
Results and professional responsibility
We aim to provide practical, high-quality career support, but cannot guarantee an interview, job offer or particular employment result. Clinical examples are educational and do not replace current GDC standards, workplace policies, training or professional judgement.
Cancellations, problems and refunds
Please read our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a disagreement cannot be resolved directly, the courts that apply under consumer law will have jurisdiction.
